What happens in an emergency like a gas leak or burst pipe?
It follows the safety script you approve: for a gas smell, leave the building and call 911 or the gas company from outside; for a burst pipe, shut off the main valve. Then it transfers the call to your on-call technician. If no one picks up, it takes the details for an immediate callback.
Can it quote prices?
