What drives the price
- Minutes or calls included, and the overage rate when you go over.
- Human vs AI: people are paid by the minute; AI is mostly a flat fee.

- Per-minute rounding: some services bill every call as at least a minute or more.

Work out what you need
Count your calls per day in peak season and how long they last. A shop taking 20 calls a day at 3 minutes each uses about 1,800 minutes a month in July. Then look at the other side: if one missed replacement job is worth several thousand dollars, the cheapest service isn't the one with the lowest monthly fee. It's the one that books the most of those calls.
